Job Description

Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Capsule Filling Operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Independently operate and monitor capsule filling equipment to ensure accurate and efficient production
Perform line clearance, equipment setup, changeover, and cleaning in accordance with SOPs Monitor critical parameters such as weight variation, fill volume, and capsule integrity during operations Document production data accurately in batch records and perform real-time data entries Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues to minimize downtime and ensure quality compliance Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams for routine checks and equipment servicing Maintain a clean and compliant production environment by following housekeeping and safety protocols Train junior staff and support associates in following proper production procedures and GMP standards
