Capsulation Operator

Medella Softgel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Capsulation Operator to join our Production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining encapsulation machinery used in softgel capsule production, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety and GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust softgel encapsulation machines during production.
• Set machine parameters such as fill weight, speed, and temperature based on product specifications.
• Perform routine checks to ensure capsule quality (shape, seal, and weight) meets required standards.
• Conduct minor machine maintenance and assist in troubleshooting issues during production runs.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and production area as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Record daily production data and report any deviations or non-conformities to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and QA team to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in operating softgel encapsulation machines (preferably with rotary die machines).
• Understanding of softgel manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and adherence to production timelines.
