About the Role

Capability Enhancement Executive

This position involves working closely with all LMS administrators and functional trainers, managing backend operations, and liaising with vendors for smooth execution and timely payments.

Additionally, the role requires practical knowledge of instructional design and e-learning content creation, including SCORM packaging and video development using editing software.

We are looking for someone who is willing to go beyond the defined scope of work and take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and ownership in driving capability enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee LMS administration across multiple functions, ensuring accurate class creation, calendar management, dashboards, and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors for training delivery and payment processing
  • Manage end-to-end training logistics: nominations, venue booking, invites, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
  • Support e-learning development by creating SCORM-compliant modules, shooting videos, and editing content using relevant tools
  • Maintain training documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Qualifications

  • MBA degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 12 years of experience in Learning & Development with hands-on LMS management
  • Practical exposure to e-learning content creation and basic instructional design principles
  • Familiarity with SCORM packaging and video editing software
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
