Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, creatives, and social media posts using Canva.
  
• Work on employer branding materials, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  
• Assist the marketing team in creating visually appealing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.
  
• Collaborate with the content and business development teams for creative requirements.
  
• Bring fresh design ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

• Proficiency in

  is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver quality work on time.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  
• Prior experience or portfolio in graphic design (preferred but not mandatory).
