QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT

EXPERIENCE : 4 to 6 YEARS

• A canteen manager oversees a canteen's daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, food safety, financial oversight, and ensuring excellent customer service and a clean environment. Key responsibilities involve supervising staff, scheduling shifts, ordering supplies, managing budgets and finances, maintaining food hygiene standards, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Managing stock levels, ordering supplies from suppliers, and maintaining accurate records of goods.
• Ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and throughout the canteen.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
