Canteen food Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving Food and Beverages:Accurately preparing and serving food and drinks, ensuring customer orders are filled promptly and accurately.
• Customer Service:Providing friendly and efficient service, addressing customer needs and inquiries, and handling complaints professionally.
• Maintaining Cleanliness:Keeping the dining area, tables, and serving stations clean and organized.
• Food Safety:Adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and storage.
• Restocking and Inventory:Monitoring and restocking supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
• Assisting with Setup and Breakdown:Setting up and preparing dining areas for service, as well as cleaning and organizing the area at the end of shifts.
• Collaborating with Kitchen Staff:Working effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Basic Food Preparation:Assisting with simple food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or preparing sandwiches.
• Following Procedures:Adhering to established procedures for food preparation, service, and cleaning.
