As a Candidate Source & Screen Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. Your role will be aligned with the Recruitment vertical, working within one of the sub-offerings such as Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services. Your expertise will help leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life by improving outcomes through candidate-centric strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate experience with Workday Recruiting, an end-to-end talent acquisition application - Perform talent sourcing activities to identify potential candidates - Establish strong client relationships and work collaboratively in a team - Adaptability to work under pressure and quick learning - Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduation - 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and screening - Familiarity with Workday Recruiting will be an advantage Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions.
