Job Description

Candidate should have the ability to listen to and establish a rapport with students.
Work in liaison with administration and other relevant support/services departments to respond to incidents/emergencies and fulfil other responsibilities assigned such as ensuring adequate security, sanitation and other essentials for the students.
Ensure maintenance of discipline and decorum in the hostel rooms and common rooms.
Keep a watch over the cleanliness of the dining hall and the kitchen and of the food prepared.
Responsible for the overall security of the hostel.
Periodically verify the furniture and fittings of the hostel with the assistance of the Caretaker, and take action for their repairs/replacement or for obtaining additional furniture.
Candidate is required to oversee and manage a team of Wardens and conduct regular audits to ensure duties are being discharged diligently.
