Job Overview:

We are seeking a sharp and persuasive Campaign Sales Consultant to manage sales discussions over phone calls. This is a call-only role focused on understanding client needs, recommending the right campaign solutions, and driving quick and effective conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speak with prospective clients over the phone to understand their business goals.
• Recommend the right Google Ads campaign structure based on budget and objectives.
• Handle objections and provide strategic value insights to close the sale.
• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and complete onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and deal status.
• Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets consistently.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or consulting roles, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
• Strong verbal communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to guide clients toward ad solutions that align with business growth.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads is preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools and phone-based client management.
