You will be responsible to manage complete investigation process related to quality and compliance controls.Your primary responsibilities include:Build emails using content builder in SFMCCreation email communication by drag and dropCommunicate with market point of contactsInvestigate journey bugsCreate and update data extensions for send and personalization requestsAttach creatives to a journey for final deploymentBuild cloud pages whenever required to connect the email using CTAsCreation of user input form pagesAbility to write to Data ExtensionsBuild required automation in Automation Studio whenever requiredBuild error and exception handlers to prevent unhandled risk Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Bachelor’s degree with 3+ year of experience in Marketing AutomationMinimum 2+ years of experience using AMP scriptingMinimum 2+ years of responsive HTML, CSS & JavaScript coding experienceBasic HTML knowledgeUnderstand campaign brief and campaign flowAble to communicate with market representatives to clarify campaignGood Communication skillUnderstand data model and how database works (primary + foreign key, relations)Able to read and edit HTML/CSS codeBasics of SQLSalesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge
