Job Description

As a Campaign Manager at Adfluence Hub, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic execution of large-scale micro and nano influencer campaigns. Your role will involve managing the full campaign lifecycle, from influencer identification to execution and performance analysis. You must be detail-oriented and results-driven to ensure the success of our campaigns. - **Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management:** - Identify and onboard relevant influencers, both micro and macro, ensuring they meet audience quality and engagement standards. - Build and maintain a robust network of micro-influencers for efficient campaign scaling. - Negotiate competitive pricing, achieve monthly sign-up targets, and cultivate long-term relationships for continued collaboration. - **Analytics & Performance Tracking:** - Track and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights, focusing on ROI, engagement, and conversions. - Utilize analytics tools and the ADF tech platform to monitor influencer impact and optimize campaigns. - Deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement. - **Process Optimization & Automation:** - Implement streamlined workflows for influencer onboarding and campaign execution. - Leverage tools like Google Spreadsheets to automate tracking and reporting. - Collaborate with platform and tech teams to enhance influencer recruitment and campaign scalability. - **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Experience:** - Minimum 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on micro-influencer campaigns. - Experience in the Beauty and Personal Care industry is a plus. - **Core Competencies:** - Influencer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong influencer partnerships. - Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities. - Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies. - Data Analysis: Interpret campaign metrics and optimize accordingly. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, analytics tools, basic video editing, and email communication platforms. - **Professional Attributes:** - Results-driven and highly motivated, with a commitment to achieving campaign objectives. - Proactive and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Ability to work well within a team.,
