Support the Marketing Executive in the implementation of marketing programs that contribute to the overall CRM strategy and aims across Channels like email, push, direct mail, coupon at till Support with building timelines along with the creative & channels execution teams Support with the review and QA of campaign creative briefs, design proofs and data proofs. Share clear and concise feedback with relevant stakeholders Help with co-ordination between Marketing Manager, Legal teams, Brand Clinic for approvals Support with raising data count requests and creating look up tables with relevant teams like Analytics Create barcodes as per inputs in campaign briefs Role requires Digital Marketing knowledgeCampaign Management focuses on planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result. The team is accountable for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations. What are we looking for? Knowledge of CRM programme and operational support Experience of supporting with end-to-end delivery of direct marketing campaigns Strong creative and communication skills The Role demands strong attention to details considering the level of quality assurance process Comfortable with analyzing complex data and drawing meaningful conclusions from data Comfortable working in a test & learn' environment Experience in agency relationship management and collaboration Flexibility and the ability to multi-task, supporting on multiple projects simultaneously Good influencing and relationship building skills Passion for CRM, digital marketing and innovation Pro-active self-starter Roles and Responsibilities: Qualifications Any Graduation
