- Responsible for planning, creating and executing email marketing campaigns for brands via email and whatsapp for multiple brands and websites
- Tasks include audience segmentation, campaign setup on MoEngage, warm-up planning, maintaining domain reputation and reporting
- Collaboration with creative, brand and tech teams to ensure timely delivery and optimization of mailers for engagement and conversion
- Creation of cohorts and relevant segment required for sending out campaigns
- Creation of templates and hypotheses and then testing multiple attributes (subject, CTAs, body content, etc) and publishing their results
- Campaign Creation, Audience Addition, Campaign Scheduling, Campaign Optimisation on MoEngage
- Monitoring relevant metrics for customer goals and maintaining account overviews
- Analyzing churn and unsubscribing reasons
