Campaign Management Analyst

The Campaign Management Analyst at Accenture will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of loyalty programs for clients, aimed at enhancing customer relationships, brand loyalty, and customer lifetime value. This role involves a strategic approach, utilizing customer insights and operational excellence. The analyst will collaborate with marketing, data analytics, and customer service teams to design, implement, and monitor loyalty initiatives that engage customers, promote brand advocacy, and enhance business performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing loyalty programs, developing personalized customer journeys, contributing to strategic planning, collaborating cross-functionally, tracking performance metrics, gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, familiarity with digital marketing tools and loyalty program software, proven project management skills, a customer-centric mindset, analytical thinking abilities, effective communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, innovative thinking, and creativity.
