Camp Site Activities Incharge

1. Activity Planning & Execution

Develop a daily/weekly schedule of activities, including adventure sports, team-building games, nature walks, bonfires, cultural evenings, and children’s programs.

Customize activities for different groups (corporate teams, school trips, families).

Ensure all equipment is available, functional, and safe before activities begin.

2. Safety & Compliance

Conduct safety briefings before every activity.

Monitor adherence to safety guidelines and risk management protocols.

Maintain first-aid readiness and coordinate with medical support if required.

3. Team Management

Supervise activity coordinators, guides, and volunteers.

Assign roles and ensure team members are trained in activity facilitation and guest handling.

Motivate staff to maintain enthusiasm and professionalism.

4. Guest Engagement

Interact with guests to understand their interests and preferences.

Encourage participation through engaging introductions and demonstrations.

Gather feedback after activities to improve experiences.

5. Administrative Duties

Maintain attendance and activity logs.

Track inventory and request replenishments.

Prepare reports on participation, safety incidents, and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dabhoi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
