Job Description

Monitor live CCTV camera feeds and recorded footage on a continuous basis.
Identify unusual, suspicious, or unlawful activities and report them immediately to the security supervisor or management.
Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare reports for security-related events.
Ensure that all cameras and monitoring equipment are functioning properly; report technical issues to IT/maintenance.
Assist in investigations by retrieving and reviewing CCTV footage when required.
Comply with company policies, security protocols, and confidentiality guidelines.
Support emergency response by alerting relevant teams (security, fire safety, management) in case of critical incidents.
Cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.
