Snapmint is on a mission of democratizing no/low-cost installment purchases for the next 200 Mn Indians. Of the 300 million credit-eligible consumers in India, less than 30 million actively use credit cards. Snapmint is reinventing credit for the next 200M consumers by providing them the freedom to buy what they want and pay for them in installments without a credit card. In a short period of time, Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 200 crores worth of purchases. Minimum 1 year of experience in Email/Chat/In-call and Outbound calling process in any BPO, e-commerce, fintech, and any customer experience organization. For Email/chat – Typing speed must be in btw 30-35 wpm. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned. Graduation and above (12th pass only in exceptional cases). Excellent verbal/written communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Age should be a maximum of 28. Work from the office and 6 days working (roster off). Near Tonk Road, Dev Nagar (Maximum travel distance should be 10-12 km). Tamil, Telugu and Malayam language is a plus. Candidate who have experience from Teleperformance, vertex cosmos, Girnar, Dealshare, Innovana Thinklabs, Dr ITM will be a plus.
