Call Center for Experience Candidates

Job Description: Adeeba e-Services Private Limited provides 24*7 Technical Support to UK/USA customers regarding printers, routers, emails and also offers website development services to national and international businesses. Currently, we are looking for individuals to join our team in the role of Technical Support Process (Inbound Voice) for the US Shift (9pm to 7am) at our Saltlake Sector-5 location. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for handling technical support queries from customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in Technical Support within the International BPO sector. Fluency in English is a must, along with prior experience in Technical Support Sales either in outbound or inbound processes. You should possess the skills to effectively close calls in tech support and be willing to work flexible night shifts. We offer a competitive salary of up to 25K with huge incentives and other benefits. Additionally, we provide a rotational off with 6 days working schedule.
