Roles and Responsibility : Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned. Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to the hospital services Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing leads. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Keep records of calls and leads and note useful information in CRM. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on inbound/outbound calling or telecalling.
