Job Description: Call Center Executive (Full-Time)

Position: Call Center Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Timings:

• Full-Time (Male): Rotational shifts (9 hours) between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Full-Time (Female): Rotational shifts (9 hours) between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Graduate/Postgraduate students enrolled in online or distance education programs may apply

Skills Required:

• Moderate to excellent proficiency in spoken English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of customer service principles is a plus

Compensation:

• Full-Time: CTC range of ₹17,500 to ₹19,000 per month (based on English fluency and experience)
