Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Lead Calls
  • Call leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions (e.g. product preferences, budget, timeline) to determine potential and readiness to visit the showroom.
  • Schedule showroom visits for qualified leads and pass them on to the sales team.
  • Client Follow-Up / Happy Calls
  • Contact existing customers post-sale to check on satisfaction, resolve any issues, and gather feedback.
  • Promote after-sales services (e.g. servicing, warranty, additional products or accessories).
  • Inbound Call Handling
  • Answer incoming calls from customers promptly, listening carefully to their inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide accurate information or route calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Database & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, customer feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and common issues / trends.
  • Customer Experience & Quality
  • Ensure professionalism in every interaction—tone, language, clarity, empathy.
  • Resolve customer complaints / issues quickly or escalate to management if needed.
  • Strive to enhance the customer experience and build strong long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum - High School Diploma; college degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a call centre, sales support, customer service, or tele-marketing role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Must be clear, polite, patient, and persuasive.
  • Good active listening skills; ability to understand customer needs and ask probing questions.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage many leads / follow-ups.
  • Problem-solving mindset; able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work collaboratively with the sales and service teams.

Reporting & Work Conditions

  • Reports to: Call Centre Manager / Sales Support Manager.
  • Work hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am-6 pm..
  • Location: Near U.st Global,NH bypass Kulathoor.

What Success Looks Like

  • High percentage of digital leads converted to showroom visits.
  • Positive feedback from existing clients via happy calls.
  • Low number of escalations due to dissatisfaction.
  • Accurate and timely reporting and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
