Job Description

Job Title: (Customer Support & Emergency Response)


We are establishing a dedicated Command centre team for a reputed PSU. The team will be responsible for providing customer support, technical assistance, and managing safety violations and emergency response. The team will track and monitor safety violations in real time, providing Level-1 emergency support in critical situations.


Shift Structure:

The Call Center operates 24/7 with 3 shifts of 8 hours each and one reliever to ensure smooth service continuity. The schedule includes one week off.

Job Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to safety violations and alerts in real time.
  • Communicate and enforce safety guidelines.
  • Ensure safety violations are stopped immediately.
  • Follow emergency procedures and provide prompt assistance in critical situations.


Eligibility:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and technical proficiency.
  • Experience in customer service or emergency response environments will be an advantage.
