We are establishing a dedicated Command centre team for a reputed PSU. The team will be responsible for providing customer support, technical assistance, and managing safety violations and emergency response. The team will track and monitor safety violations in real time, providing Level-1 emergency support in critical situations.
The Call Center operates 24/7 with 3 shifts of 8 hours each and one reliever to ensure smooth service continuity. The schedule includes one week off.
