Call Auditor

Call Monitoring & Evaluation: Listen to live or recorded calls daily across teams. Audit call quality based on tone, empathy, script adherence, accuracy of information, and professionalism. Identify red flags such as wrong entries, miscommunication, or missed follow-ups. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly reports with scores and comments. Highlight serious errors or process violations immediately. Maintain tracker for repeat mistakes and improvement trends. Feedback & Coaching: Share constructive feedback with individual callers. Collaborate with team leaders to guide training needs and suggest corrections. Quality Process Support: Support in refining scripts and call flow. Help design call quality scorecards. Ensure implementation of audit suggestions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
