Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer issues/investigations supported in a satisfactory and timely manner
Accurately communicate the system/software/calibration issues.
Work comfortably with customers coding standards and Configuration Management system, Processes, and established Core Workflow.
Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment
Achieving first time right and seeking maximum clarity from customer as well as team
Interaction with cross functional teams to gather necessary information
Time management to complete work in time.
Meeting customer s expectations and assertively negotiate where required for time or efforts

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience with Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, electrical engineer, computer engineering or related field
Very good understanding of Engine domain
Basic controls systems understanding
Capability to understand and pickup calibration release activities
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Calbert NG, Calterm would be plus
