We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CA / Inter CA professional to manage accounting, finance, compliances, and project-related financial activities for our real estate business. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of real estate accounting, RERA requirements, cash-flow handling, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards.
• Handle project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost allocation for ongoing real estate projects.
• Monitor cash flows, project budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax calculations, filings, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and documentation.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and compliance statements as required.

Project Finance & Banking

• Assist in project feasibility analysis, costing, and budgeting.
• Manage banking operations, loan documentation, and liaison with financial institutions.
• Track project funds, utilization reports, and debt-related documentation.

Internal control & Reporting

• Implement internal controls to ensure financial discipline.
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards for management.
• Support management in decision-making through data-backed insights.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in real estate project accounting and RERA compliance (preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
