As a full-time on-site Cafeteria Staff member at Lipsip Cafe in Bengaluru, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving food and beverages, upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards, replenishing supplies, and delivering top-notch customer service to our guests. To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in food preparation and service, a solid understanding of safety and hygiene protocols, exceptional customer service acumen, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, basic math skills for transaction handling, and any previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
