Position: Steward / Stewardess
Location: Cafe Khoblu
Reporting to: Cafe Manager / Supervisor
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
1. Guest Service
Welcome guests with a smile and help them feel comfortable. Take their orders politely and clearly.
2. Order Handling
Make sure orders are noted correctly and passed to the kitchen or bar quickly. Serve food and drinks on time.
3. Table Cleanliness
Keep tables clean, tidy, and ready for the next guest. Clear dishes and wipe tables after each order.
4. Menu Knowledge
Learn the menu well and help guests choose what to eat or drink. Suggest popular or special items.
5. Team Coordination
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team. Make sure service runs smoothly, especially when it’s busy.
6. Billing Help
Give the correct bill to guests and help them with payment (cash, card, or UPI). Handle money carefully.
7. Personal Hygiene
Wear a clean uniform and follow hygiene rules. Always look neat and presentable.
8. Handling Feedback
Listen to guest complaints calmly and try to help. Tell the manager if there’s a serious issue.
9. Helping Team Members
Be ready to help other staff with small tasks—like packing, running food, or cleaning.
10. Learning & Growth
Be open to learning new things. Try to improve your service skills and grow in your role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
