About the Café:

NESCAFE is a modern café concept under NESTLÉ India, known for serving quality beverages and quick snacks. We aim to provide a hygienic, efficient, and customer-friendly experience with a wide variety of food and coffee options.

Key Responsibilities:1. Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare a variety of Maggi, Sandwiches, Pasta, and other café menu items.
• Operate and maintain the integrated coffee machine to make high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Ensure all food items are prepared fresh, hygienically, and following café standards.

2. Café Management & Operations

• Take full responsibility for daily operations of the café.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and café supplies.
• Maintain stock levels and report shortages in time.
• Manage billing and handle customer orders efficiently.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Ensure the café is kept fully clean at all times including counters, equipment, utensils, and dining area.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitization procedures.

4. Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
• Ensure good service quality to enhance customer experience.
• Take initiative to increase sales through good service, product suggestions, and maintaining café standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Prior experience in café/restaurant/kitchen handling is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
• Basic cooking skills and ability to follow recipes.
• Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment and coffee machines.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Responsible, honest, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to manage the café independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
