We are a modern, premium café offering matcha, coffee, shakes, fusion fizz, slushes, waffles, pancakes, fries, burgers, and puffs — all 100% veg.
We are now expanding our team and looking for a skilled, reliable, and creative Chef to manage the food & beverage preparation.

Role Overview

The Chef will be responsible for preparing all café items — beverages and snacks — with consistency, quality, and cleanliness.
This role requires someone fast, organized, and passionate about café-style food.

ResponsibilitiesDrink Preparation

• Prepare matcha drinks, cold coffee, shakes, fusion fizz, and slushes as per café recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quantity, and presentation.
• Manage syrup, coffee concentrate, nata de coco, and other beverage ingredients.

Food Preparation

• Make fries, burgers (veg + paneer), and puffs efficiently.
• Prepare waffles and pancakes using the waffle/pancake machine.
• Ensure proper cooking, timing, and quality control.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation.
• Manage daily prep: cutting, mixing, stocking, and organizing ingredients.
• Keep track of inventory and update management when items are running low.
• Handle equipment (slush machine, waffle maker, blender, etc.) safely.

Customer Experience

• Serve items neatly with good presentation.
• Prioritize fast service during rush hours.
• Maintain a polite and positive attitude.

Requirements

• Must be experienced in café-style cooking (drinks + snacks).
• Experience with waffles, pancakes, fries, burgers is a plus.
• Should know basic hygiene and food safety.
• Should be clean, punctual, and disciplined.
• Ability to handle high orders without mistakes.
• Must be comfortable working full time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
