⭐ About Us We are a modern, premium café offering matcha, coffee, shakes, fusion fizz, slushes, waffles, pancakes, fries, burgers, and puffs — all 100% veg. We are now expanding our team and looking for a skilled, reliable, and creative Chef to manage the food & beverage preparation. Role Overview The Chef will be responsible for preparing all café items — beverages and snacks — with consistency, quality, and cleanliness. This role requires someone fast, organized, and passionate about café-style food. ResponsibilitiesDrink Preparation Prepare matcha drinks , cold coffee , shakes , fusion fizz , and slushes as per café recipes. Maintain consistency in taste, quantity, and presentation. Manage syrup, coffee concentrate, nata de coco, and other beverage ingredients. Food Preparation Make fries, burgers (veg + paneer), and puffs efficiently. Prepare waffles and pancakes using the waffle/pancake machine. Ensure proper cooking, timing, and quality control. Kitchen Operations Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation. Manage daily prep: cutting, mixing, stocking, and organizing ingredients. Keep track of inventory and update management when items are running low. Handle equipment (slush machine, waffle maker, blender, etc.) safely. Customer Experience Serve items neatly with good presentation. Prioritize fast service during rush hours. Maintain a polite and positive attitude. Requirements Must be experienced in café-style cooking (drinks + snacks). Experience with waffles, pancakes, fries, burgers is a plus. Should know basic hygiene and food safety. Should be clean, punctual, and disciplined. Ability to handle high orders without mistakes. Must be comfortable working full time.
