Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and update café menu items (beverages, snacks, desserts) with approved recipes. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food & beverage preparation. Ensure taste, quality, and presentation are consistent across outlets. Train staff on menu preparation, portioning, and hygiene standards. Work with management to introduce new items after testing and approval. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements. Requirements: Experience in the F&B industry (menu development or kitchen operations). Strong knowledge of café-style food & beverage preparation. Ability to prepare clear documentation and training materials. Good leadership and communication skills.
