Job Description

We are seeking a CAE Engineer Trainee with basic to advanced knowledge of ANSA software for CAE pre-processing activities. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of senior CAE engineers and gain hands-on exposure to automotive/engineering simulation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in CAE pre-processing activities using ANSA
Perform geometry clean-up, defeaturing, and model preparation
Create 2D & 3D meshing (shell & solid meshing)
Apply quality criteria and resolve mesh errors
Support in model setup for structural/thermal / crash / NVH analysis

Required Qualifications & Skills

Basic to good knowledge of ANSA software
Understanding of meshing concepts (shell, solid, tetra, hexa)
Knowledge of mesh quality parameters
Basic understanding of CAE fundamentals (Stress, Strain, FEA)
Familiar with engineering drawings and CAD models
Good learning attitude and problem-solving skills
