CAD/CAM Engineer

Role Overview: As a CAD Designer, your main responsibility will be to understand customer requirements and prepare designs to meet their specifications. You will be creating 2D and 3D designs using CAD software such as Rhino and Matrix for jewellery designs. It will be essential to communicate effectively with production teams to ensure the seamless transfer of design files and monitor the CAD/CAM process to maintain zero defects. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer requirements and prepare designs accordingly - Create 2D and 3D designs as per customer specifications - Utilize CAD software to develop 3D models and renderings of jewellery designs - Communicate with production for the cam file process including STL, 3DM files - Monitor CAD/CAM and sampling processes to ensure zero defects - Utilize designing tools like Rhino and Matrix effectively Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Rhino and Matrix - Hands-on experience in jewellery design - Strong communication skills to collaborate with production teams effectively Please note that the job types for this position are full-time and permanent.
