Job Description

Creating detailed 2D or 3D designs using CAD software [3] Drafting technical drawings based on specifications from project leaders [3] Revising models and drawings to comply with changes during the construction or manufacturing process [3] Maintaining accurate records and managing drawing archives [3] Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards [3] Collaborating with engineers and architects by converting hand-drawn sketches into digital formats, adjusting the designs based on feedback, and ensuring documentation complies with industry standards [3] Using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit proficiently to execute designs [3] Working closely with other team members to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs [3] Conducting site visits when necessary to better understand project dynamics and requirements [3] Interpreting project briefs and meeting with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications [1] Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints [1] Updating software, drawings, and other documents [1] Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects
