Qualification: B.E./Diploma Mechanical Experience: Minimum 3 years of CAD experience CAD Software CREO and knowledge of Inventor is advantage CAD Experience 2D drawing and 3D modelling (part and assembly) Basic knowledge of GD&T Assembly part tolerance calculations Knowledge of materials Sheet metal, Plastics, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Rubber and gaskets Knowledge of Manufacturing process Sheet metal processes like Stamping, CNC bending, Welding Injection molding process Power coating & plating Knowledge of cost estimation of parts Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good communication skills required in English & Hindi, should be good in collaboration and team working Accountability, Ownership & Responsibility Follow 5 S activities and safety practices Punctuality, Discipline & Attendance Role & responsibilities To build and analyze the structure and casings of air conditioner systems like Ductable Air conditioners, Cassette, Sheet metal commercial AC outdoor To prepare 3D modeling & 2D drawings for Air conditioner- - Indoor - Outdoor - System tubing - Sheet metal component - Plastic component Prepare assembly & Part drawing & critical note for parts - Tube Assembly - Heat Exchanger Assembly - Inlet Grill Assembly - Blower Assembly BOM Preparation Cost Innovation for structural components Maintain zero critical/major defects due to design in structural components Preferred candidate profile Budget- Upto 8L Candidate who are interested in off roll need to apply
