CAD Draftsman/woman (Mechanical)

Job Summary

We need a CAD Draftsman to perform CAD 2D Drawing & 3D Modelling Activities for our Boiler & Pressure Vessel manufacturing division at Malumachampatti, Coimbatore.

Requirements:- Min. 2yrs. exp. in Design, CAD/CAM, Drafting, Modelling of equipments in any machinery manufacturing Industries.
Softwares/ Tools: Min. 1Yr. experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX5/6- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical- Able to understand Mechanical & Electrical Drawings-Able to explain the drawing & scope and lead the Team - Should be a knowledgeable in Heavy Industry like boiler manufacturing- Able to communicate in English, Tamil & (Hindi is an added Advantage)- Should be a good decision maker- Thorough Fabrication knowledge in Heavy Fabrication Industry like Boiler/ Pressure Vessel Mfg. companies (Sheet Metal Fabrication knowledge is an added advantage)- Should have knowledge in reading Technical Drawings of Machinery & Instruments-Should have a ability to detail/ explain the complicated drawings to fitters or subordinates-Must be a Team Worker and co-ordinate with all levels of teams- Should be experienced in Fit up, BOM Creation, Process Planing etc.- Should have skills set in Preparation & Maintenance of Project Documents and ASME/TPI Documents-Must be a good planner with adequate skills of Project Planning by achieving targets and meeting the project schedules-Should have knowledge of Project activities from Marketing to Site Erection & Training-Knowledge of Control Engineering, Instrumentation and Automation is appreciatedObligation:- Must be ready to work under Contract of 3 years- Candidates should submit their Original Certificates and Passport during the Contract Period- Contract can be renewed every 2 years- Should sign NDA to Non Disclosure of Customer Drawing and Data- Must be ready to travel to overseas for on-site project whether it is short term or long termRequired experience:
