Job Profile

• Teamwork - Interact with the other CAD operators, HT designers, and Engineering Manager to generate drawings.
• Ability to draw and plot to scale
• Gain knowledge about the HT systems that are being drafted
• Ability to create 2D / 3D component drawings
• Keep current with changes in CAD program features and functions
• Prepare and self-review drawings for accuracy
• Conduct site surveys to sketch information required for heat tracing design (If necessary)
• Adhere to company's policies, procedures and standard.

Competences

• Computer literate Basic MS Office skills
• Isometrics is must.
• Sound knowledge of 3-D modelling (PDMS, PDS, SmartPlant 3D)
• Ability and desire to learn with positive atitude, experiences and examples of supervisors
• Able to assist in preparation of MTO, piping layouts
• Knowledge of drafting as per engineering standards
• Foster collaboration and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using AutoCAD/ Microstation/PDMS/ PDS/ SP3D/CADD WORKS
• Experience in Electrical or Piping CAD drafting preferred
• Education: • Diploma / Certification from reputed organization or B.Tech/B.E. • Basic CAD skills.
