Job Title: Civil Architect Draftsman

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Local or willing to relocate) Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Commensurate with experience) Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Architect Draftsman to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings and 3D visualizations, ensuring all designs meet structural and aesthetic requirements. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in accuracy and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD.
• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using 3Ds Max and Revit.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design feasibility.
• Update and modify existing drawings based on site requirements or client feedback.
• Ensure all technical documents are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Required Software Proficiency

The candidate must be highly proficient in:

• AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• 3Ds Max (Modeling & Rendering)
• Revit (BIM)
• Knowledge of other civil-related design software is a strong plus.

Candidate Requirements

• Reliability: Highly responsible, punctual, and disciplined with project timelines.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for technical accuracy and design standards.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately (preferred).
