Cab Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive Cabs Operations Executive to be based at client location and will manage client interactions, ensure smooth communication, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

Required skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Language - Tamil, English & hindi
• Experience in Indecab software
• 1-3 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
