Job Description

Position - Sr. Manager - Direct Tax Location - Gurgaon Qualification - CA Experience - Post qualification 9+ Years Role & responsibilities Manage all direct tax compliance's returns, TDS, advance tax, and audits. Handle tax assessments, litigation, and appeals with authorities. Provide advisory on tax planning, restructuring, and M&A. Ensure compliance with transfer pricing and international tax regulations. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors. Monitor tax law changes and assess business impact. International taxation Domestic taxation , TDS, attending assessments, drafting and appearing before authority Agreement validation Transform pricing Preferred candidate profile Hands on experience in SAP.
