Job Description

Design and develop software modules in
C++
for smartphone projection technologies like
Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
.
Implement and maintain
projection layers
in the
IVI system
for smartphone-to-vehicle display and control.
Collaborate with OEMs and platform teams to ensure compliance with projection standards.
Integrate and validate projection features with
embedded infotainment systems
.
Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, audio/video streaming, and user interaction.
Participate in system-level debugging, optimization, and validation.

Mandatory Skills

Strong programming experience in
C++ (C++11/14/17)
.
Hands-on experience with
Android Auto
and
Apple CarPlay
integration.
Experience in
projection technologies
and communication interfaces between smartphones and IVI systems.
Deep understanding of
automotive infotainment systems
and embedded development.
Experience working on
Linux-based platforms
in the automotive environment.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of
AAOS (Android Automotive OS)
and system architecture.
Familiarity with
USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi
, and other projection transport layers.
Understanding of
automotive communication protocols
like
CAN, LIN, Ethernet
.
Experience with
debugging tools
(e.g., adb, logcat, Wireshark).
Exposure to
Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
and
ASPICE
processes.
