C++ Lead

As an experienced C++ Lead, your role will involve leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software components. You will be responsible for taking complete ownership of the design and development of new features, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Usability Experts to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions. Additionally, you will act as an individual contributor and team lead within an Agile development environment, participating in code reviews, identifying potential issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Your role will also involve contributing to bug fixing, unit testing, and automation testing, as well as supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies.
