Job Title: C&I Maintenance Engineer Qualification: BE/B Tech Control and Instrumentation Job Description: Monitor and execute daytoday C&I maintenance activities. Advance work planning and job allocation to Technicians. Supervision and safe execution of field jobs to ensure workplace safety Defect Analysis and preventive measures to avoid its re-occurrence Field Instrumentation installation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting PG/PT/DPT/SWAS Analysers /GAS Analysers/TE/TT/TG/ Flow Meters PLC/DCS basic functioning/troubleshooting/logic review, understanding & forcing while performing maintenance activities Safety Permit/ work permit request and closer, TBT, technicians tools inspection, PPE inspection etc Coordination with Main Plant Operation & other maintenance sections. Inspection & approval of incoming spares/ materials. Preparation of Technical Justification for procurement of spares / services. Daily report, event specific report, RCFA preparation Calibration report record and equipment failure history updates SAP transaction for Notifications/WO/QC/Material issue
