C++ Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Engineer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance trading applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern C++ (C++14/17/20), low-latency systems, and real-time data processing, with a passion for building robust, scalable, and efficient trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput trading applications.
• Implement real-time market data processing and order execution logic.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts, traders, and DevOps teams to deliver new features.
• Integrate with market data feeds, FIX protocols, and exchange APIs.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and ensure high code quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production trading systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on C++ development experience (preferably in C++14/17/20).
• Strong understanding of:
• Multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization
• STL, Boost, and template programming
• Low-latency and high-frequency system design
• Experience with network programming (TCP/UDP) and IPC mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Strong debugging and performance profiling skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, and market microstructure.
