C++ Development Lead

As a Development Lead in this role, you will be responsible for leading a development team to develop, enhance, and maintain a multiplatform settlement system. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a development team consisting of a minimum of 5 members - Handling client-facing interactions and understanding customer needs - Designing well-constructed software routines that are potentially reusable - Identifying bottlenecks and devising solutions to address these issues To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in C++ - Proficiency in C++ with a fair knowledge of the language specification - Experience or interest in working with Java - Knowledge of object-oriented concepts, programming, and methodology - Understanding of data structures and algorithms - Ability to write database queries in PL/SQL - Good grasping power and quick learning abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of software development processes Additionally, it is good to have knowledge in the finance domain and familiarity with the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms. This role encompasses a 60-70% individual contributor role and a 30-40% team lead role.
