C++ Development Lead

As a Development Lead with 8-10 years of experience in C++, you will be responsible for leading a development team and working with a diverse technology stack. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a development team to develop, enhance, and maintain a multiplatform settlement system. - Working with technologies such as C++, VB.NET, Perl, PL/SQL, Java, and Angular. - Maintaining industry and technology knowledge in relevant product areas. - Evaluating customer requests and developing an understanding of customer needs. - Designing well-constructed software routines that are potentially reusable. - Documenting the software design. - Identifying bottlenecks and devising solutions to these problems. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8-10 years of experience in C++. - Experience in handling a development team consisting of a minimum of 5 members. - Client-facing experience. - Good knowledge of object-oriented concepts, programming, and methodology. - Good understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification. - Knowledge of various database concepts and ability to write database queries in PL/SQL. - Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms. - Good grasping power and ability to understand client requirements. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to modern technologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Knowledge of software development processes. This role offers a 60-70% individual contributor role and a 30-40% team lead role.,
