C++ Development Director

You will advocate for the customer in all interactions, emphasizing their needs and striving to enhance their experience continually. Additionally, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define and engineer the direction and strategy of comprehensive digital solutions. You will work closely with product owners and other teams to ensure a clear understanding of business and technical requirements, while also ensuring adherence to best practices during implementation. Your role will involve identifying technical and business risks and opportunities, driving forward-thinking solutions, and enhancing the skills of developers to build efficient services. To excel in this position, you must have hands-on coding experience and possess deep technical expertise across various domains, including C++, VC++, Multithreading, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
