Job Description

5-8 years of professional experience in software engineering with strong expertise in modern C++ (C++17 / C++20)
Proven experience with MQTT 5 and event-driven communication systems
Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, gRPC) and asynchronous I/O
Experience in developing distributed, IoT, or edge software components for production environments
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, multi-threading, and memory management
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing frameworks
Proficiency with TLS 1
2+, X 509 certificates, and secure communication principles
Effective collaboration skills across distributed teams in ET and CET time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing IoT/IoMT connectivity agents, gateways, or message brokers
Familiarity with Azure Event Grid, REST APIs, and JSON-based data schemas
Understanding of containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux system integration
Knowledge of certificate provisioning, rotation, and revocation workflows
Experience in regulated or safety-critical domains, ideally medical technology
Exposure to telemetry processing, event tracing, or remote configuration/update mechanisms
