C++ Developer

As a skilled C++ Developer, you will be joining a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications focused on controlling and automating hardware such as 3D printers, CNC machines, laser cutters/engravers, plotters, and vinyl cutters. Your role demands strong problem-solving skills, hardware communication expertise, and software optimization techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain C++ applications for controlling various hardware machines. - Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code for hardware control and automation. - Implement communication protocols like G-code, RS-232, USB, Ethernet, MQTT for machine interfacing. - Optimize real-time performance, motion control, and machine operations. - Debug and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project delivery. - Ensure adherence to best practices in software development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and Object-Oriented Programming. - Experience in real-time system development and motion control. - Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and multithreading. - Familiarity with hardware communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, TCP/IP, MQTT, USB. - Proficiency in debugging tools and performance optimization techniques. - Experience with version control systems like Git, SVN. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
