C++ Developer

Requisition Description

• University degree in a quantitative field
• >2 years of experience in quantitative model development/quantitative trading/algo-trading
• Strong programming skills, python/C++ preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Build new, and augment existing, trading algorithms to provide best execution to clients
• Integrate understanding of market structure, mathematical techniques and trading to identify areas where existing models can be improved
• Research, prototype and back-test new ideas, and work with production team on high-quality implementation of successful ideas in production
• Hands on development experience in C++ STL.
• Candidate should have experience in the development of low latency trading platform.
• Should know Network programming TCP, UDP, sockets and multicast.
• Should have a good understanding of market data and exchange protocols.
• Working knowledge of Python and shell scripting will be a plus.
• Should have lead a development team of at least 5-7 members.
• 5-7 years of experience in C++ STL.
